Aston University’s Dr. Rezk visited WBCA’s year 11 students with an engaging showcase of mathematics and its implementation within physics. The day was marked by hands-on experiments which transformed normally abstract concepts into tangible experiences.

Mathematics was taken outside the classroom as students explored its real-world applications, igniting a newfound passion for many students for the subject and inspiring many to continue pursuing mathematics as they apply for college and sixth form.

This event has certainly left a lasting impact, fostering a newfound enthusiasm and appreciation for the subject within our student community. A huge thank you to Dr. Rezk for his visit!
