Cambridge National Sport Studies

Curriculum

Cambridge Nationals OCR Sport Studies will give you a strong understanding of key areas such as sports leadership, contemporary issues in sport, and how sport is influenced by factors like media and participation trends. Through a mixture of practical and classroom-based learning, you will develop your skills in planning, delivering and reviewing sports sessions.

You will also have the opportunity to take part in practical activities, improving your performance and understanding how to apply theoretical knowledge in real sporting situations. As part of your coursework, you will analyse your own performance in a chosen sport and create an action plan to help you progress.
