What Will I learn?

Component 2: Influences on Global Travel and Tourism 

  • This component focuses on the factors that influence travel and tourism, such as economic, environmental, and social factors.

  • They will also learn about the importance of sustainable tourism and its impact on destinations. 

 

Component 3: Customer Needs in Travel and Tourism

Which course will i follow?

BTEC TECH Award Level 2: Travel and Tourism 

How will I be assessed?

Component 1 and Component 2: Internally assessed (coursework). Component 1 will be between January and April of Year 10, Component 2 will be between September and December of Year 11.  

Component 3: Examination. 2 hour exam at the end of Year 11.
