Students on the Scholars Programme recently completed their course, which was marked with a memorable graduation ceremony at Warwick University alongside other programme participants from across the West Midlands.

Throughout the programme, our students had the privilege of engaging in a series of university-styled lectures and interactive seminars, giving them a taste of what it’s like to study at degree level.

Led by academic experts, they explored the concept of Middle Leadership in the Business Sector, where their knowledge was later put to the test by writing an essay set by their PhD tutor.

Our students worked incredibly hard throughout the programme, regularly demonstrating excellent commitment, ability and determination to achieve their very best. Their hard work was rewarded as the entire group achieved amazing grades of either 2:2 or 2:1, which is the high standard usually expected of university-level students.

The programme concluded with a special graduation ceremony at the University, where everyone was presented with their official certificates of completion, followed by a tour of the campus and opportunity to engage with current degree students.

A big congratulations to all who participated in the Scholars Programme, which aims to provide students with a strong foundation for academic and personal growth, while also offering insights into higher education. As a school community, we are incredibly proud of their achievements and look forward to hearing of their continued success in future endeavours.
