March has proven to be a month of big successes for our year 9 and 10 students, who showcased their amazing knowledge and skills in two regional quizzes held at the University of Birmingham. 

Our year 9 students demonstrated their breadth of knowledge and versatility in the Humanities Quiz, which encompassed various rounds focusing on English Literature and Language, History, Geography and RE.  

Despite the fierce competition our students kept their cool, resulting in a well-deserved second-place finish, which reflects their passion for learning, high academic standards and ability to thrive in challenging environments.   

Our year 10 students also displayed their mathematical prowess and strategic thinking at the Big Maths Quiz. Competing against over 300 students from more than 40 schools, they delivered an outstanding performance, also finishing in overall second place. 

Congratulations to all our students who participated for their amazing achievements! Your dedication, hard work and impressive performance is an inspiration to the rest of our school and look forward to future successes and wins.
