Options Evening

Options Evening 2026

On Tuesday 24 February 2026, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm, in addition to this handbook and the Options Site, we will host our Options Evening after school. Representatives from each of the subjects on offer will be available to speak with families, provide information about the courses, and answer questions. There will also be a presentation from the Principal explaining the process.

Later on, you will also have the opportunity to meet with a member of staff, should you wish. They will be able to guide you through the process, answer questions about specific courses or qualifications, discuss your career goals and ambitions, and help you decide which subjects you are most likely to be successful in.

After spending time exploring the available subjects, speaking with teachers, and considering future pathways, you will submit your Options choices to your Form Teacher (Deadline TBC).

We will then review all requests and do our best to allocate each student their chosen subjects. While this may not always be possible, we will work closely with each student and their family to ensure they are offered the most appropriate and suitable opportunities.
